Texans: How Do You Rate George W Bush As A Past Governor From C to A? Accomplishments?

Well Texas has the weakest and most ineffective governorship in the country. It's just they way the job is described according to the Texas Constitution. So George W. Bush's credentials may have sounded important nationally, but he really had very little to do except act as a figure head like every other modern Texas governor in history. Now of course he is seen as the most incompetent US President, some say, in history. We all know the man is not very bright, so draw your own conclusions, I would say he is a great embarrment to every Texan I know.
