What are all of a Group Owner's privileges?

The owner cannot remove another owner. An owner is the only person who can remove him/herself. So, if the owner is willing to appoint a new owner and step down as the owner, you would be all set. But if he or she does not want to step down as owner, you won't be able to remove him/her. Owners have priveleges to do everything except remove another owner.
