IF it's true that there are no scholarships for white American men, WHO is responsible for this situation?

Who is responsible you ask - the ones who would be all uproar if there were scholarships just for BEING a man or just for BEING a white yet are perfectly comfortable that thereare many scholarships just for BEING a woman or just for being a minority. I'll let you be the judge of it who those people are, it's not that hard to figure out.
