Is a blood test available to indicate when the menopause is likely to start?

Its not an exact science unfortunately. A blood test can give an indication - a further blood test in 6 months can give a better indication - they need the comparisions. But this only works if you are actually in perimenopause - it can't predict when it will actually arrive.
