Is this tattoo a good idea?

I am going to get a tattoo for my 20th birthday. Since I'm leaving my teenage years behind and entering adulthood I wanted to get a Mickey Mouse tatto on my inner forearm. It's going to be a clic Mickey (think Steamboat Willie). I think this tattoo will always remind me not to forget my inner child. Do you think this is a good idea for a tattoo? What is the pain like? (this is my first tattoo) Does this seem like something regretable in the future?
