Looking for the name of a recent raunchy teen comedy?

I only caught the ending. One of the kids is dressed up in a mascot's outfit and he is holding a gun on the villain. The villain says that the kid "doesn't have the guts," so the kid shoots him in the kneecap. I think there was also a stolen car involved.
