PLEASE help me? :P?

So do prenatals make nausea worse? cause I was taking it and I always felt sick till about noon. I stopped taking it and i was a little better, but these bumps formed on the middle to the back of my tongue. I haven't eaten anything that would make it do that, they kinda look like canker sores and feels like I ate waaay to many sour skittles
