Redundancies at work - we are all going in one by one to hear our fate ..need advice on what to suggest?

What about excess office equipment? Do you have 10 individual printers, when you could all be networked to one? How about copiers? Do you have / need more than one? Do people have laptops that are not needed? If you are sitting at your desk all day and don't need to take the computer home for any reason, then a desktop is cheaper.
