Should I split my idea for a business up 34%me and 33% each of my 2 partners?

I secured a very valuable domain. I am getting the Trademark tonight and my 2 friende are going in on that expense with me, we're splitting it 3 ways. Should I give them 33% each of the business seeing it was my idea? It is a gold mine and I just want to make sure I'm not cutting myself short.
