What's the difference between TNA and WWE?

They are both competitors, just that their TV ratings are different. WWE is the biggest promotion for the professional wrestling sport, whereas TNA is the second largest, and far behind the WWE. Both their fights are staged, worked, and there is no difference in that aspect. Just that the WWE's overall presentation, storylines, etc are better.
