C'mon this was a Chief Constable topping himself in a public tourist location, endangering rescuers lives, being pissed and driving as well as goosing the married head of the Chamber of Commerce. If it was a footballer or some so called "celebrity" it would be in your face media, so let's get to the bottom of this sad weasel and his dodgy tart living in a flash house. Why is it being kept so quiet ?
