How do I get my hair to look like this?

well i would go get a trim every 6 weeks. you can take the picture,right now you said your hair is too short you can still take the pic & say that is what your goal is when it gets long enoough.. but your hair probably isnt the same texture as hers so your hair wont look exactly like that, but the stylist will fix it the way it would look best for your face shape & such...they will prolly use hair texturizer/paste. talk to your stylist about it that way u have something to talk about & youre communicating w/ her/him.
