What do you do in DEP?

I just went to my first Navy DEP meeting a couple days ago....we basically talked about everything you will be doing in boot camp, the Petty Officers answered a bunch of questions from us DEPper's, we recited our Sailor's Creed. The we got into groups where we each picked a number and the number we picked was to represent what 11 General Orders we were to recite out loud to our Squad Leader and then soon to our Petty Officer. We do not get cammies we had to show up in our "Property of the Navy" shirt that was given to us after swear in. We did not have to do PT we usually do those every other friday.
